Ross Wasserman leverages his extensive principal-side experience to advise real estate sponsors, developers, and institutional investors on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, recapitalizations, and platform-level investments.

His experience spans asset classes, including multifamily, office, industrial, medical, student and senior housing, and opportunity zone investing.

Prior to returning to private practice at Latham, Ross served as the General Counsel of a multibillion-dollar real estate investment platform, where his complex real estate work also included fund formation and real estate M&A.
