Roma Rao is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Structured Finance Practice.

Roma advises companies, investment banks, and asset managers on a variety of structured financings, including securitization, receivables financing, asset-backed securities, asset-based lending, collateralized loan obligations, esoteric assets, and other structured finance transactions across a range of asset classes.

Prior to joining Latham, Roma trained at an international law firm.

Roma’s experience includes advising:

  • A global beverage company on its US$200 million receivables facility upsize
  • An investment bank on its €407.4 million public collateralized loan obligation issuance
  • A global asset management firm on its £110 million back-leverage financing
