Robin Spiess is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Robin Spiess represents public and private companies in equity and debt capital markets transactions. She advises clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and investment grade and high-yield debt offerings.

Robin currently serves as a local leader of the First Generation Professionals in New York.
