Bob Wyman retired from the partnership in December 2019. Mr. Wyman was Of Counsel in the Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., offices of Latham & Watkins. He was a member of the Environmental Litigation and Regulation & Transactions Practices. Mr. Wyman formerly served as the Global Chair of the Environment, Land & Resources Department and Co-Chair of the Air Quality & Climate Change Practice.

Mr. Wyman’s regulatory and public policy practice included:

  • Transportation

Mr. Wyman’s litigation practice included:

  • Civil and criminal enforcement defense 
  • Defense of citizen suits (e.g., under the Clean Air Act, CEQA)

Mr. Wyman writes and speaks extensively in the areas of air quality, cleantech and renewable energy, climate change, corporate disclosure, corporate civil and criminal liability, and sustainability, among other topics.
