Robert Medina is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department. Mr. Medina’s primary practice groups include Entertainment, Sports & Media and Complex Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Medina has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation at the trial and appellate level, including arguing motions, drafting and defending against motions, taking depositions, managing large-scale document productions, assisting with fact discovery, and preparing for trial. Mr. Medina has also conducted internal investigations and represented clients in government regulatory actions. Mr. Medina maintains an active and dedicated pro bono practice, focusing on immigration and homelessness.

Mr. Medina received his JD from Stanford Law School, graduating with pro bono distinction. Mr. Medina served as the professional development chair of the Stanford Latino Law Students Association and as the Diversity & Inclusion co-chair of the Stanford Law Association.
