Rob Weiss is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.
Before joining Latham, Mr. Weiss graduated with a JD from Northwestern University School of Law and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
While in law school, Mr. Weiss was a member of the Supreme Court & Federal Appellate Clinic, where he drafted amicus briefs and certiorari petitions, and participated in moots.
Prior to law school, Mr. Weiss was a senior product manager at a global non-profit designing affordable medical devices.
From 2021-2022, Mr. Weiss served as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors of MATTER, an incubator of healthcare startups.
