Mr. Kline serves as Chair of the firm's Technology Industry Group and Bay Area Corporate Department.

He brings particular experience representing leading innovators and financiers in the technology sector, including within the software, digital media, and information technology spaces.

A significant focus of Mr. Kline’s work is capital markets transactions. He regularly represents both issuers and investment banks in complex equity securities offerings, including IPOs, direct listings, 144A offerings, and follow-on stock offerings.
