Renée Plexousakis leads Latham’s eDiscovery Services function and counsels internal and external stakeholders on complex legal issues relating to electronically stored information. Renée liaises with client teams on all stages of eDiscovery, spanning from preservation to production. A recognized thought leader in the space, she regularly speaks at CLE presentations on judicial analytics and innovation and is a member of the Sedona Conference and the New York State Bar Association’s Electronic Discovery Committee. Renée began her career as an associate at Latham, focused on white collar investigations and securities litigation, and also completed a secondment to Credit Suisse. Before returning to Latham, she was an Associate Director at RBC Capital Markets.
