Reilly M. Nelson is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Corporate Department.
Ms. Nelson received her JD from UCLA School of Law where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Award for her academic achievement in Business Associations. She also served as the business manager of the UCLA Law Review, participated in the Frank G. Wells Environmental Law Clinic and the California Environmental Legislation Clinic, served as a writing advisor for UCLA Law’s legal research and writing program, and served two terms as the communications director for the UCLA Environmental Law Society.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Nelson was a legal intern for Los Angeles Waterkeeper. Prior to law school, Ms. Nelson served as the director of grants and finance administration at a law and policy research center based at UCLA School of Law and as director of compliance at a franchise company.
