Rebecca Reeve is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Rebecca focuses on capital markets transactions and public company representation. Rebecca represents corporate issuers and investment banks on a variety of corporate transactions, including initial public offerings and public and private debt and equity offerings in a broad array of industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca received her law degree from Boston University School of Law, where she was a note development editor on the Boston University International Law Journal. Additionally, she holds an LLM degree from the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
