    Rebecca Reeve is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

    Rebecca focuses on capital markets transactions and public company representation. Rebecca represents corporate issuers and investment banks on a variety of corporate transactions, including initial public offerings and public and private debt and equity offerings in a broad array of industries.

    Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca received her law degree from Boston University School of Law, where she was a note development editor on the Boston University International Law Journal. Additionally, she holds an LLM degree from the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.

      • Concurrent US $1 billion registered follow-on public offering and upsized US$2.75 billion convertible senior notes offering
      • US$1.0 billion private placement financing
      • US$700 million private placement financing
    • Evoke, formerly 888, in connection with its:
      • Offering of €600 million senior secured notes due 2031
      • Offering of €400 million senior secured notes due 2030
    • ASDA in connection with its offering of €700 million senior secured notes due 2031
    • Vertical Aerospace in connection with its US$60 million public offering
    • Marex Group plc in connection with its:
