Rebecca Reeve is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

She advises clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings. 

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca received her law degree from Boston University School of Law, where she was a note development editor on the Boston University International Law Journal. Additionally, she holds an LLM degree from the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.

Rebecca’s experience includes advising:

  • Deutsche Bank and the remaining syndicate of initial purchasers in connection with the offering of US$410 million senior secured notes by Merlin Entertainments, a gaming, leisure, and entertainment company
  • Marex Group plc in connection with its US$203.3 million public offering
  • The placement agent in connection with Nebius Group N.V.’s US$700 million private placement financing
  • The issuer in connection with the offering of €400 million senior secured notes due 2030 by evoke plc
  • Ferrovial SE in connection with the listing of Ferrovial’s ordinary shares on Nasdaq
