Rebecca Kopplin is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Trial Department.
Rebecca is an experienced litigator and advisor. She represents clients strategically in complex and high-stakes litigation. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Latham, Rebecca litigated complex defensive cases on behalf of the United States at the Department of Justice’s Civil Division. At the Civil Division, she led and argued cases spanning a wide variety of consequential litigation areas, including class actions, healthcare, financial services, national security, constitutional law, and privacy. She received multiple Civil Division awards for her work on multidistrict challenges to significant federal policies.
