  • Lead arrangers in several credit facilities totaling over US$4 billion provided to a publicly traded real estate investment trust*
  • A financial institution in a US$750 million credit facility structured in accordance with the Green Loan Principles*
  • A gaming company in a senior notes offering to finance the development of a hotel*
  • A lender in a credit facility secured by a beach front resort*
  • A sponsor in the financing of its acquisition of a manufacturer of industrial mining and maritime equipment*
