Randall Weber-Levine is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, and a member of the Finance Department and Recruiting Committee.

Mr. Weber-Levine represents public and private companies, as well as secured and unsecured lenders, in connection with in- and out-of-court restructurings and related litigation. He advises clients on a variety of transactions and litigation within several industries, including retail, energy, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods insolvencies. Mr. Weber-Levine was named a Rising Star in the New York metro area for Super Lawyers 2023.

Mr. Weber-Levine maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes providing assistance to individuals seeking asylum and representing local art programs in connection with their contractual work.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Weber-Levine worked at a leading international law firm practicing all aspects of restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy law.
