Rahman Amusan is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Rahman advises banks and asset managers on a wide range of private structured finance, securitization, and asset-backed lending transactions, on matters relating to a full spectrum of asset classes, including unsecured consumer loans and credit card loans.

Rahman also advises a number of leading banks and direct lending funds on their fund financing and leverage, including asset backed and capital call facilities.

Rahman’s experience includes advising:

  • A leading direct lending fund on its leverage arrangements, including asset backed and capital call facilities
  • A debt fund on the provision of asset-backed finance in Eastern Europe
  • An international bank on CDO financings of Middle Market loans for a leading direct lending fund
