Raena Waldman is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Raena represents public and private companies in a variety of litigation and investigatory matters.

Raena graduated from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was a member of Hastings Law Journal and president of the Women's Law Society. In law school, Raena served as an extern for Judge Charles Breyer of the US District Court for the Northern District of California, and worked as a teaching assistant and research assistant.
