Rachelle Polsky is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Polsky advises private and public companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors on a wide range of matters. Her experience includes domestic and cross-border:

  • Public and private mergers and acquisitions
  • Controlling and minority investments
  • Carve-outs
  • Venture capital financings

As part of her pro bono practice, Ms. Polsky advises Off Their Plate, a national organization started during the coronavirus pandemic focused on providing economic relief to restaurant workers, who in turn prepare fresh meals for hospital workers.

Before joining Latham full-time, Ms. Polsky was a summer associate in the New York office. While attending law school, she was a member of Fordham’s Dispute Resolution Society and the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.

Prior to and during law school, Ms. Polsky worked in the international legal & business affairs department of a mini-major film studio and as a paralegal at a boutique entertainment law firm in New York City.
