Rachel Mitchell is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Practice.
Prior to joining Latham, Rachel was a law clerk for Judge James B. Loken of the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and a law clerk for Judge Laura Denvir Stith of the Missouri Supreme Court.
While in law school, Ms. Mitchell was the senior lead articles editor for the Missouri Law Review.
Before becoming a lawyer, Ms. Mitchell served as a language analyst in the US Air Force.
