Rachel Favors represents clients across industries in complex commercial litigation matters and regulatory disputes in federal courts and in arbitrations.
Rachel is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.
Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice, representing students with disabilities.
Prior to joining Latham, Rachel clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit for the Honorable Harry T. Edwards, and on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois for the Honorable Andrea R. Wood. She also was a litigation associate at another global law firm, where she focused on high-stakes government investigations.
While in law school, Rachel served as the Articles Co-Chair of the Harvard Law Review.
