Rachel Cohen-Sidley is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Rachel represents clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, development projects, and financings. Rachel’s finance experience includes preferred equity investments, commercial mortgage and mezzanine loan originations, construction loans, and sale leaseback transactions. Such transactions involve a wide range of property types, including multifamily, office, hotel, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Rachel has also assisted in the structuring of entities and performance of due diligence in connection with real estate transactions.
