Rachael Westmoreland is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Rachael represents clients in high-stakes litigation matters, with particular expertise on government-facing litigation and complex regulatory disputes. Rachael leverages over seven years of prior experience at the US Department of Justice to provide clients with a unique perspective in suits against the government.
She has experience working on matters in a number of highly regulated industries, including healthcare, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, trade, and energy.
After law school, Rachael clerked for the Honorable Leslie Abrams Gardner on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
