Preeta Reddy is a technology transactions attorney with experience advising clients across industries in mergers and acquisitions and strategic commercial matters, with a focus on intellectual property and technology issues.

Ms. Reddy has worked on a broad range of commercial matters and deals, advising clients on:

Ms. Reddy has worked on several complex M&A transactions, including representing:

- Francisco Partners Management L.P. in its acquisition of Qualcomm Life, Inc., from Qualcomm Incorporated.*
- HGGC, LLC in its acquisition of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc., for approximately $825 million.*
- SoftBank Vision Fund in its $300 million investment in Automation Anywhere, a global leader in robotic process automation.*
- Sycamore Partners in its take-private acquisition of Staples, Inc., for approximately $6.9 billion.*
- Square, Inc. in its acquisition of TIDAL, a music and entertainment platform, for $300 million.*

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Ms. Reddy served as in-house counsel at Plume Design, Inc. While at Plume, Ms. Reddy advised on a broad range of commercial matters, including sales, product, procurement, regulatory, intellectual property, corporate governance, and data privacy.
