Phil Goldberg

Phil Goldberg is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Goldberg received his JD from UCLA School of Law. While attending, he served as the executive editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, as a research assistant evaluating California Department of Toxic Substances Control programs, and participated in the Frank G. Wells Environmental Law Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Goldberg was a judicial extern for Judge Leondra R. Kruger at the Supreme Court of California. Prior to law school, Mr. Goldberg was a corporate paralegal in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
