Phil Cerny is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Banking Practice.
Mr. Cerny’s experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Cerny trained at a leading international law firm, where he gained experience in acquisition finance and general corporate finance.
