Peter Shen is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Peter advises financial institutions, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers on financing transactions in a broad range of industries. His experience includes:
- Syndicated loan facilities
- Cross-border financings
- Private equity and private debt subscription lines of credit
- Fund financings
- Debt restructurings
Prior to joining Latham, Peter earned a JD at the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an editor on the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. While in law school, Peter worked in the legal departments of Millennium Management Global Investment and Tesla.
