Peter Jen is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.
Before joining Latham, Peter clerked for the Honorable Diane S. Sykes on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Honorable Steven C. Seeger on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
While in law school, Peter served as an executive editor of the Harvard Law Review and a managing editor of the Harvard Business Law Review. He also interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.
