Peter Holland is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Finance Department.

Peter has experience advising major international lenders, private credit funds, sponsors, and corporates on high-level, cross-border transactions. 

Prior to joining Latham in 2026, Peter trained and practiced at a leading Irish law firm, where he spent time on secondment at Google. 

Peter’s recent experience includes advising:

  • Pandox AB on the acquisition financing for its €1.4 billion recommended cash offer for Dalata Hotel Group plc*
  • An investment management firm on its £100 million refinancing of a major UK-based hospitality investment platform*
  • A private credit and real estate investment manager on a revolving credit facility and term loan in connection with the purchase and restructuring of a US$500 million loan book of an Irish motor-finance alternative lender*
  • A global investor on a US$131 million term loan and revolving credit facility in connection to its restructuring and investment in an Irish cybersecurity target*
  • A US private credit fund in connection with a term loan facility supporting the financing of an Irish film production company*
  • A leading global real estate investment manager on a US$100 million refinancing of a large European urban development*
  • Smurfit Westrock plc (previously Smurfit Kappa plc) on its US$24 billion merger with WestRock Company*
