Patrick Powers is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Latham & Watkins.

Patrick represents clients in disputes across trial, appellate, and arbitral forums.

Patrick maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing incarcerated individuals in civil rights appeals.

While in law school, Patrick served as a Global Law Scholars Fellow and coached Georgetown’s team in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. 

Patrick also served as a legal extern in the Department of Commerce, Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), Europe/Eurasia division. 

Prior to law school, Patrick lived and worked in Uzbekistan through a Fulbright grant.
