Patrick Loeffler is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Loeffler represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and financings.

Mr. Loeffler attended the Georgetown University Law Center, where he founded the Georgetown Fintech Law Society and was a member of the Corporate & Financial Law Organization.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Loeffler was a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office.
