Pablo Luongkhan-Garcia is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Pablo advises clients on all aspects of EU, French and Spanish competition law and represents them before the European Commission, the French and Spanish Competition authorities. He has particular expertise in merger control proceedings, behavioral cases, anticompetitive agreements, and DMA compliance. He also advises clients on EU regulatory matters.
His experience covers several industry sectors including railway, luxury consumer goods, telecommunications, and energy.
Pablo is currently serving as a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
Prior to joining Latham, Pablo worked at another leading international law firm in Paris and as an antitrust in-house counsel at the French Railway undertaking (SNCF).
