Oscar Ko is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Oscar advises clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Oscar spent time on secondment to Société Générale.

  • Aztec Group, a leading international fund and corporate services provider with over €600 billion in assets under administration, on its strategic partnership with Warburg Pincus
  • A lender consortium on the debt and equity capital restructuring of the Arvos Group
  • Bain Capital on the debt and equity capital restructuring of the Pronovias group
  • Resource Capital Fund on its investment in Brazilian Nickel PLC, an English nickel and cobalt mining company with operations in Brazil*

Growth Equity / Emerging Companies

  • OrganOx on its US$142 million primary and secondary equity fundraising, with HealthQuest Capital as lead investor and support from new investors Sofina, Soleus Capital, and Avidity Partners
  • Anton Capital Entertainment on its €111 million fundraising consisting of preferred equity and debt financing, with BlackRock as lead investor
  • The Raine Group’s flagship growth equity fund on its minority investment in Castore, a premium UK sportswear brand, as part of a £145 million investment round

  • IB Vogt on the sale of its Egyptian solar portfolio to Masdar*
