Olivia M. Pettingill

Olivia Pettingill is an associate in the Century City office of Latham & Watkins.  

Ms. Pettingill advises private equity sponsors (together with their portfolio companies), strategic buyers and sellers, and startups in a range of industries on complex mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other strategic corporate transactions, and general corporate governance matters. 

Ms. Pettingill’s experience includes transactions in the renewable energy, retail and consumer products, software, and manufacturing industries.

Ms. Pettingill maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in adoption, guardianship, and special immigrant juvenile proceedings, and assisting non-profit environmental organizations with federal grant applications.  

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Pettingill was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office. She previously interned at Patagonia, working in the company’s legal department.
