Olivia Horbowy is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Horbowy represents banks, direct lenders, equity sponsors, and other borrowers in transactional matters. She also advises clients on a variety of transactions, including acquisition financings, working capital financings, and first lien/second lien financings. Mrs. Horbowy has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and has experience in the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured credit facilities involving term and revolving loans for acquisition, working capital, and other general corporate purposes.

Ms. Horbowy also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing startups and entrepreneurs in partnership with Bet Tzedek and OneJustice and immigrants being victims of domestic violence and abuse in partnership with Kids in Need of Defense and Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice. Additionally, Mrs. Horbowy takes part in a number of mentoring programs where she mentors junior lawyers.
