Olga Kogan advises case teams and clients on complex eDiscovery matters throughout all stages of the discovery process. 

Olga provides strategic legal consulting on electronic discovery issues, including:

  • ESI protocols
  • Protective orders
  • Other discovery mechanisms

She leverages advanced research platforms, including generative AI and technology-assisted review, to deliver high-level legal analysis on procedural and eDiscovery-related issues across various jurisdictions. 

Olga prepares and presents Continuing Legal Education sessions focused on firm innovation and eDiscovery strategy, and she develops thought leadership materials, such as eDiscovery playbooks and bulletins. She is a member of the Sedona Conference and the New York State Bar Association eDiscovery Committee.

Before joining Latham & Watkins, Olga served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General. Prior to her government service, she spent eight years as an associate at another global law firm.

Olga is a member of Latham’s Staff LGBTQ+ Group.
