Noam Haykeen is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Noam received his JD from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor for the Harvard Business Law Review. During law school, Noam worked for Judge Tanya S. Chutkan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and at the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition.
