Noah Lipshut is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. Lipshut advises listed and private companies and financial investors (including private equity and venture capital firms) on a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Lipshut practiced at a leading Australian law firm and has been recognized as a Rising Star in the area of corporate law in Victoria, Australia.

Mr. Lipshut’s experience includes advising:

  • A global asset manager on a circa A$500 million proportional takeover of an ASX-listed property group*
  • Various founder and management shareholder groups in relation to sale transactions, both to and alongside private equity investors*
  • Various high-growth companies on capital raisings and convertible note issues*
  • Various institutional investors on shareholder activism matters relating to ASX-listed companies*
