Nino Galdava

Nino Galdava is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Structured Finance Practice.

Nino represents banks, issuers, investors, and other financial institutions in a wide range of structured asset-based financing transactions. Prior to joining Latham, she worked in the banking and finance practices of other international law firms, where she focused on real estate and acquisition finance, as well as mortgage securitizations.

Nino maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in asylum and domestic violence matters.
