Nika Yeo is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham, Nika was a finance associate at another international law firm, where she focused primarily on representing borrowers and financial institutions in aircraft financing transactions. She also has experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical and media industries as borrowers in financing transactions.

Nika received her JD from Columbia Law School. While at Columbia, Nika served as an articles editor for the American Review of International Arbitration and a research assistant with the Center for Korean Legal Studies.

Nika’s experience includes representing:

  • A major aircraft lessor, as borrower, in connection with a $750 million revolving credit facility and $464 million Term Loan B facility, and managing all aspects of subsequent drawdowns on the revolving credit facility*
  • Sinclair Television Group, Inc., a leading US broadcast television company, as borrower, in connection with a $575 million revolving credit facility as well as approximately $711.4 million aggregate principal amount of second-out, first-lien B-6 term loans and approximately $731.3 million aggregate principal amount of second-out, first-lien B-7 term loans*
