Nicole is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.

Nicole represents clients in a range of intellectual property disputes, primarily in the life science and pharmaceutical industries. 

She earned her JD from the University of Chicago Law School and her MBA from the University of Alabama. During law school, Nicole served as a comments editor for the University of Chicago Business Law Review. She published a comment titled, “The ‘Co-Conspirator Exception’ to Illinois Brick: Mandatory Joinder of Direct Purchaser Co-Conspirators,” and an online article titled, “Developing a Coherent National Strategy: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Copyright Law.”

Prior to joining Latham, Nicole worked as a summer associate in the firm’s Chicago office.
