Nicole Lim

Nicole Lim is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Tax Department.

Ms. Lim advises clients on a variety of international and transactional tax matters, with a focus on the tax aspects of corporate and finance transactions, international tax planning, securitizations, and financings. 

She trained in the firm’s London office, working on a variety of matters across the finance and corporate practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital.
