Nicholas Hazen is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Hazen was a summer associate in the firm’s New York office.  

Mr. Hazen represents institutional and individual clients across various industries, including financial institutions and public and private companies, in government investigations and disputes involving securities laws, and complex commercial matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on immigration matters.  

While attending the University of Michigan Law School, Mr. Hazen served as notes editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
