Nicholas Mikelis Blake

Nicholas Blake is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Nicholas represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and private and public companies on a range of strategic corporate transactions. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing artists in the local Austin community and individuals seeking asylum.

While in law school, Nicholas served as an editor on the Texas International Law Journal. 

Prior to law school, he worked in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, investigating violent crime and organized criminal enterprises.
