Nanni Kim is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Project Development & Finance Practice.

Nanni advises financial institutions, sponsors, and developers on development, financing, acquisition, and divestiture of energy and infrastructure projects. Her experience spans a range of transactions involving renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, and battery storage, conventional power projects, and oil and gas infrastructure.

She maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients in asylum proceedings and assisting survivors of domestic violence under the Violence Against Women Act.
