Nathan Wages is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice. 

Nathan advises clients on a full spectrum of technology, intellectual property, commercial, and corporate matters across a number of industries, including artificial intelligence, software and SaaS, cloud and data centers, social media, e-commerce, sports and gaming, financial services, digital health, and commercial products.

Nathan regularly advises emerging, mid-size, and public companies in a range of matters, including:

Nathan graduated from the University of Chicago Law School with Honors. Prior to law school, Nathan received his BS in Biology and Biomedical Sciences and successfully completed two years of medical school at the University of Oklahoma.
