Nathan Fuller is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. Nathan advises on technical and damages aspects of patent infringement litigations across a range of technologies, including semiconductors and computer software.
Prior to joining Latham, Nathan served as a clerk for Judge Roy S. Payne of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Nathan also served as the Executive Editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal. Nathan earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
Nathan has handled critical stages of litigation, include Markman hearings and dispositive motions. He has experience in major patent venues across the US, including the Eastern District of Texas, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent and Trial Appeal Board (PTAB).
