Ms. Pardawala represents corporate and individual clients in securities litigation and investigations, complex commercial litigation, and white collar defense and investigations in state and federal court. Ms. Pardawala advises clients in all aspects of litigation, including major motion practice, fact and expert discovery, and trial preparation. Ms. Pardawala works with clients in a range of industries including healthcare, technology, gaming, and finance.
Ms. Pardawala also has an active pro bono practice representing victims of domestic violence and individuals seeking immigration relief.
