Natasha Pardawala is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Ms. Pardawala represents corporate and individual clients in securities litigation and investigations, complex commercial litigation, and white collar defense and investigations in state and federal court. Ms. Pardawala advises clients in all aspects of litigation, including major motion practice, fact and expert discovery, and trial preparation. Ms. Pardawala works with clients in a range of industries including healthcare, technology, gaming, and finance.

Ms. Pardawala also has an active pro bono practice representing victims of domestic violence and individuals seeking immigration relief.

Ms. Pardawala currently represents or has represented several global companies and their directors and officers in state and federal jurisdictions. Her experience includes advising:

  • Directors of a public company in connection with shareholder demands and Delaware state court litigation involving claims for breach of fiduciary duties
  • A leading health insurance company in multiple jurisdictions in connection with breach of contract, violation of insurance codes, and unjust enrichment claims
  • Directors and officers of a public company in connection with multiple lawsuits in multiple state and federal jurisdictions including securities class actions, derivative suits, and stockholder litigation alleging breach of fiduciary duties in connection with a merger
  • Multiple public companies in connection with government investigations by the DOJ, SEC, and FTC
