Natasha Pardawala is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Natasha represents corporate and individual clients in securities litigation and investigations, complex commercial litigation, and white collar defense and investigations in state and federal court. Natasha advises clients in all aspects of litigation, including proxy contests, major motion practice, fact and expert discovery, and trial preparation. Natasha works with clients in a range of industries including healthcare, technology, gaming, and finance.

Natasha also has an active pro bono practice representing victims of domestic violence and individuals seeking immigration relief. Natasha is a Global Leader of the Parent Lawyers Group, and a former Local Leader of the Asian and Middle Easter Lawyers Group.
