Natasha Kalaouze is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

She advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, capital markets offerings, and investment fund matters in fundraisings and related transactions.

Ms. Kalaouze maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently assisting juvenile advocacy groups seeking to protect juvenile’s legal rights.

Before joining Latham, Ms. Kalaouze worked for an automobile insurance company, served as an editor on the University of Houston Law Review, was a mentor for incoming law students through the Student Bar Association, and won the Irving J. Weiner Memorial Scholarship award for her excellence in clinical work assisting small business owners.

Ms. Kalaouze’s experience includes advising:

  • 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company with their Business Combination Agreement with African Agriculture, Inc., a global food security company operating a commercial-scale alfalfa farm on the African continent to meet the growing demand for agricultural commodities globally, valued at an estimated enterprise value of US$450 million
