Natalie F. Weiss supports all Latham offices in navigating business and risk issues, particularly regarding security and privacy, data governance, and insurance. She co-leads the team focused on the firm’s commercial agreements with outside vendors. She develops policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices for commercial contracting issues, including negotiating business and financial terms. Previously, she served as Latham’s Global Commercial Transactions Counsel.
Before joining Latham, Ms. Weiss served as associate general counsel of a data and technology company and as associate legal counsel of a community hospital.
