Natalie Kaliss is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Kaliss represents major companies in complex civil litigation, antitrust, and white-collar criminal matters. Her experience includes representing on price-fixing and consumer class action lawsuits. 

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Kaliss served as an extern for Judge Jon S. Tigar of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.

Ms. Kaliss received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She served on student government as co-president of her class.

While at Berkeley, Ms. Kaliss delivered an oral argument before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, representing a young woman seeking immigration relief. She also served as second chair on a felony trial while interning with the San Francisco Public Defender, helping secure her client’s acquittal. 

In addition to her advocacy work, Ms. Kaliss authored the paper California's Recall Is Not Overpowered, published in the Santa Clara Law Review in 2022.
