Naseem Faqihi Alawadhi is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Faqihi Alawadhi advises public company clients on corporate, securities, and governance issues, including compliance with Exchange Act disclosure requirements, proxy rules, insider trading rules, stock exchange governance rules, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and related regulations. Her clients include both US and foreign New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq-listed companies across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Faqihi Alawadhi was a summer associate in the New York office. She received her JD from Fordham University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Before practicing law, Ms. Faqihi Alawadhi worked for several years at a global bank.
