Morgan Hoffman is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Hoffman served as a law clerk for Associate Chief Justice Thomas R. Lee of the Utah Supreme Court, and most recently for Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She returned to Latham after clerking, having previously worked as a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office.

Ms. Hoffman graduated summa cum laude and Order of the Coif from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she served as an articles editor of the BYU Law Review. Prior to law school, Ms. Hoffman earned her BA in Political Science at Brigham Young University.
